St. Stephen AME Church Organizational Reporting Instructions

PURPOSE: It shall be the overall intent of the Pastoral Staff to manage all Church Organized Groups within the Church. It is incumbent of all organizational heads to use the following online tools to facilitate your meetings:

          •  Write down what happened in the meetings on the form Minutes Sheet Form / along with the updated financial summary.
          •  Report the attendance on the Roster Form

** It is strongly suggested that you use the online Payment Requisition /Cash Reconciliation Form to manage purchases and expenses supported by each organization. **

Method of Reporting to Pastor: The preferred method of Reporting is to:

          •  Obtain the documents from the Church Website
          •  After your meeting, make sure forms are completed
          •  Attendance Roster
          •  Organizational Minutes Sheet
          •  E-mail the documents to the Pastor (pastorkmodom@gmail.com) or submit a hard copy to the Pastor Office by sliding it under his door .

** Make sure to keep you a copy. **

** All submissions should receive a confirmation of receipt from the Pastor. **

This information will be used to manage and compile information for reporting to the Official Board; and overall management of St. Stephen Ministries.
